HTTP access now available

As downgrading TLS wasn't really an option, Cryogenix is now available over plain old HTTP on port 80 instead of redirecting to 443 TLS.

The primary motivation for this was to enable those using retro operating systems to access the site - it was a thought in the back of my mind, but didn't really occur to me that I found even Windows 10 users couldn't access the site, nevermind Windows XP, 7, or Ultrix users!

So, use it wisely. While I was stuck on Windows 7 last week I noticed Tor Browser was a good workaround for the TLS issue, and of course we do have an onion address available, but as the site grows and its resources grow it may become increasingly useful to access them over plaintext HTTP ;).
